Welcome to our Direct Service to Passengers elearning course where you will learn about the importance of effective communication with passengers onboard. You will also learn about the life-saving appliances that are available for passengers, what passengers need to know before they embark on the ship, and what special measures can be taken for passengers that require additional assistance.
